Infini Colon materials
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product names (including Signal, Forge, Flux, Pulse, and Vero), designs, software, documentation, and other materials — is owned by Infini Colon (Pty) Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
Limited licence to you
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our website and any platform products made available to you, solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable service or product agreement.
Your content and client data
You retain ownership of content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant Infini Colon a licence to use, host, copy, and process your content solely as necessary to provide the services, operate platform products, improve our offerings, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights to provide such content and that our use as permitted under these terms will not infringe third-party rights.
Deliverables
Ownership of custom deliverables, source code, and configurations created under a paid engagement is governed by your written agreement with Infini Colon. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing Infini Colon tools, frameworks, platform components, and general know-how remain our property, and we may reuse non-client-specific elements in other projects.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our products or services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
