Late Payments

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Timely payment helps us maintain delivery schedules and allocate resources to your project.

Overdue invoices

If an invoice is not paid by the due date, it is considered overdue. We may apply a late payment charge of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Suspension of services

We may suspend work, withhold deliverables, or restrict access to hosted systems or platform products until overdue amounts are paid in full, including any applicable late fees. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable before suspension.

Grace period and payment plans

We may, at our discretion, offer a short grace period or a payment plan for overdue accounts. Any such arrangement must be agreed in writing and does not waive our rights under these terms unless expressly stated.

Collection

If an account remains significantly overdue, we may refer the matter to a collections process. You agree to reimburse reasonable costs of collection where permitted by law.
