Payment Terms

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Standard payment terms apply unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Deposits and milestones

For business systems and custom service engagements, we may require an upfront deposit before work commences. Larger projects are typically billed in milestones aligned to agreed phases — for example discovery, build, testing, and handover.

Payment due date

Unless stated on the invoice or in your agreement, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date (net 30).

Currency

All fees are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR) unless we expressly agree in writing to another currency.

Payment methods

We accept payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to our nominated business account. Payment details are provided on your tax invoice. We do not accept cash payments for corporate engagements.

Tax invoices

We issue tax invoices in accordance with applicable South African tax requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and company details so invoices can be processed correctly.
