Refund Policy

Fees for work already performed, delivered, or commenced are generally non-refundable. Because our engagements involve scoping, design, engineering, and project management tailored to your requirements, costs are incurred as work progresses.

Refunds or credits are available only where expressly stated in your written service agreement or where required by applicable law. If an exception applies, we will process approved refunds to the original payment method or by EFT where practicable.

If you terminate an engagement early, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the effective termination date, plus any non-cancellable third-party costs we have committed on your behalf, as set out in your agreement.
